Spooky season has arrived, and so has everyone's favourite seasonal drink – the ever-classic, cultural phenomenon The Pumpkin Spice Latte.
We like to brew this with our signature McCabe’s Blend and sweet pumpkin spice syrup from our friends in Monin, delight your senses with this seasonal favourite, and bring a touch of autumnal charm to your mornings.

Here is everything you need to make the Pumpkin Spice Latte.
- McCabe’s Blend Coffee,
- Monin Pumpkin Spiced Syrup,
- Milk of choice.
Optional Garnishes:
- Whipped cream,
- Ground cinnamon,
- Cinnamon stick.
How to whip up the perfect Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Pull a double shot of espresso using McCabe’s Blend coffee.
- Steam 300 ml of your milk of choice until smooth, velvety, and around 65 – 70°C in temperature.
- Add two pumps (20ml) of Pumpkin spice syrup to your espresso – stirring to combine.
- Pour your steamed milk over your espresso mix as you would over a regular latte.
- 
For an optional finishing touch: top with whipped cream with a cinnamon stick, or a dusting of ground cinnamon.
 
Finally, sit back, relax, and let the autumnal vibes take over.
