Where do you deliver?
Our coffee subscription service is limited to customers based in Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland).
How often is delivered?
Our subscription service runs monthly from the date of your first order.
We send your order every month on the date you sign up. You can pause, cancel, skip a month or add to your subscription. Save the login detail you will receive by email for access to your subscription.
How long is the coffee subscription for?
We run the coffee subscription service on a monthly basis, billed in advance. If you have purchased a prepaid subscription, it will end at the end of the period selected. You can cancel your pay monthly subscription at any time from inside your account dashboard on the site or call, email or WhatsApp us and we will cancel for you.
How long does it take to get here?
We roast and ship all our club coffees the first week of each month. Allow 2 week days for delivery time.
What happens if I run out of coffee?
You can increase or decrease the amount of coffee you get on monthly recurring options on your dashboard. Simply log in and add options. Contact us if you need help. On prepaid subscriptions, you can supplement your subscription with a one -off purchase from our main shop.
What if I really like the coffee one month and want to keep getting that one?
Some of the monthly coffees are held in stock so if you find you really like a coffee one month we should be able to set you up for delivery of this coffee each month. Contact us at any time
What happens after 6 months or 12 months prepaid subscription? Will the subscription automatically renew?
Yes, but you will receive an alert before payment taken. You can also call, email or WhatsApp us and we will cancel this.
