Roast Your Own Coffee Course

Roast your own coffee at our Wicklow roastery.

Over 3.5 hours, our team will guide you through your very own personalised roast. Learn the fundamentals, take the wheel and roast your own 250g batch, then taste it alongside the group in a 'cupping' session to see how your choices turned out. Classes are limited to four people for a personal approach. You'll leave with your coffee bagged and ready to brew. No experience needed.

What to Expect

Your session starts with a coffee in hand as our team explains what happens inside a roaster and how small decisions shape the flavour in your cup. He'll roast a batch in front of you, then it's your turn: roast your own 250g batch, guided by Mariusz, deciding whether you want it brighter and lighter or deeper and fuller.

Finally, you'll taste all four roasts side by side in a cupping session, the same method professionals use to test quality. Then your batch is bagged up, and we send you on your merry way, coffee in tow.
