2 Day Barista Course

Our Two Day Barista Course at McCabe’s Coffee is an intensive, hands-on training programme designed to take you from complete beginner to confident barista in just two days.

Course Schedule

2 full days | 9:30am – 4:30pm

What You’ll Learn:

Over the two days you’ll work on professional equipment covering:

• Dialling in & calibrating espresso machines and grinders to achieve perfect, consistent shots
•  Specialty drink construction – from classic espresso drinks to modern café favourites
•  Latte art techniques – texture, pouring and presentation
  
• Customer service skills – workflow, communication and creating a great café experience

You’ll learn about building speed, confidence and practical skills that employers look for.

This course is perfect for:

• Transition Year students age 16 or over
• Senior cycle students
• Anyone who wants to be a barista
