About Colombian Organic Single Origin

A mild coffee ideal for filter and sweet espresso based drinks.

100% Certified Organic Arabica. 10 enterprising coffee farmers from Planadas, Tolima created Asoprocafees in 2014. The idea gained strength and today the group already has 58 coffee growers committed to quality and sustainable organic production. The coffee is picked in fully rippened cherry and then taken to a receiving hopper. It is then de-pulped and taken to tanks where the coffee is washed and left in water for 24 to 36 hours for fermentation. Afterwards it is taken to the patios to be sun dried.

All packaging is 100% recyclable in home recycle bins & resealable.

1kg = approximately 60 cups.

Coffee is roasted within days of delivery.

Keep in an airtight container to maximize freshness for up to 6 months.

I generally love Colombian coffee - this being no exception - it has a somewhat fruity, tangy flavour and sweet flavour all in one - exceptional - probably my favourite coffee now. (making espresso based oat milk drinks)
