About Brazil Organic Single Origin

Very nice as espresso or mild espresso-based drinks. Also good for cafetiere and filter coffee.

Fazenda Dutra is a family run farm focused on growing sustainable coffee since 1950. The family patriarch José Dutra Sobrinho started the farm with one hectare, buying a second, third and more hectares from the farm’s profits always working together with nature. Today, the family business is a reference in sustainable farming practice We roast this Certified Organic coffee from Fazendas Dutra for a more delicate flavour compared to our more intense Rich Organic. Smooth and creamy with a clean finish this is very nice as espresso or mild espresso-based drinks but also works well in filter.

All packaging is 100% recyclable in home recycle bins & resealable.

A great start to the day

A full bodied Organic Coffee that is a pleasure to drink
We went organic a while ago once we saw what happens to non organic coffee - and undoubtedly McCabes excel at presenting great organic coffees - this being no exception - chocolatey , quite strong but mellow, some biscuit flavour - lovely smooth coffee - just what you need first thing in the morning - makes great pour over/filter and espresso.

Love this Brazil organic coffee, my joint favourite along with Monsoon Malabar. However the most recent batch I received appeared to be over roasted and appears quite dried out. Beans are cracking and popping during grinding and it’s difficult to adjust the grind size whilst also getting the correct pour rate. Just an FYI,….

Delicious flavour and roasted locally

We’ve been using these beans for a while now and we love them! Also delighted with the ease of ordering and collection! Would be great to have a collection option for after 5pm though, as we sometimes don’t make it on time.
