As a regular drinker of Monsoon Malabar since I found it being served in a coffee shop in Thomas St five or six years ago. For the last fours years I’ve bought it direct from McCabe’s and bought 2kgs at a time but this time I’ve gone for the 6 kg box, a tremendous idea and great value . And it was right after finding myself almost without my monsoon Malabar morning but got there by the last bean and Mc Cabe’s arriving bang on time to maintain a continuous morning ritual since that first day I discovered this gorgeous, strong, deep bodied coffee all those years ago on Thomas Dt
Best coffee, Love these beans, we have been addicted to this brew for some 2 years now. Highly recommend. We use with a Sage Precision Brewer, Drip Coffee.

I've been drinking this coffee pretty much every day for at least 20 years now and it is still wonderful. If anything the roast has improved over time and become a more refined cup full of dark and complex flavours. It makes a nice cup in a french press, aeropress, moka pot, delonghi machine etc. but with a good grinder and a good espresso machine it can be amazing with the fruity creaminess of a good single origin dark chocolate. Wonderful stuff.
